Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 50 years. She was given her name by Yogi Bhajan himself — "Gurmukh" means "one who helps thousands across the world ocean."
She co-founded Golden Bridge Yoga in Los Angeles, created the Khalsa Way prenatal yoga method, authored two books, and has trained thousands of teachers worldwide. At 83, she continues to teach across five continents.
Her students have included Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Courtney Love, and David Duchovny — but she stopped private celebrity sessions years ago on Yogi Bhajan's guidance. The teaching is for everyone.
